Area restaurant shares famous recipes
Wouldn’t it be wonderful to be able to savor your favorite Triangle-area restaurant recipes without having to leave the comfort of your own home? Well, one of the Triangle’s tastiest eateries isn’t into hoarding their recipes. In fact, they want to share the secrets behind their culinary treats with the world!
I am meeting someone for lunch at Foster’s Market in Durham this week and I decided to be proactive and check the menu ahead of time instead of wasting valuable meeting time when I get there. Well, in browsing the Web site I was excited to find a link to some of Foster’s famous recipes online!
Foster’s Market is one of my favorite places to have long weekend breakfasts and lunch meetings. It’s like a gourmet food market, deli and european coffee shop in one. You can get prepared food to eat in or take out, specialty foods, locally roasted coffee and wines.
If you live in the Triangle and haven’t been to Foster’s market, you should definitely try it. If you can’t make it out there right away, you can bring Foster’s to you by trying some of their online recipes in your own kitchen. I can’t wait to try the recipes for their Sticky Orange-Coconut Pinwheels or Chocolate Whoppers at home!
